Image
Figure Out Your Why Author :- Kartikeya Ladha Review A journey of a writer starts in his head first and then he pour down his/her thoughts on paper in the form of words. Grammar, vocabulary is another part but journalizing the thoughts is the thing that matters. My journey as a writer also started by reading good books. This book or shall I call it a Journal is compiled by a set of questions and some blank papers to pen down our thoughts.  Author urges that "surrender yourself to this act of journaling. It will reveal truths about you." Which was a vise thing to say if you want people to read. When I first started reading I also started penning down my thoughts in my diary. This book is just like that just with question sets in it. The Blurb of the book is inspiring and also the questions make u write down the things that you won't be able to vocalize Infront of any one.  The book consisted of nearly hundred or more pages. Most of the pages are blank and by blank I mean u...

Life Unknown Author :- Kartikeya Ladha Review The author has travelled a world , and came back to his motherland India. This book is basically an extended version of author's best selling book "Dreams beyond shadows." This book embark on the path of leaving everything behind and dreaming to see the world. In this book author have shared his experience that he had while  roaming some beautiful corners of India like Dharmashala, Ladakh and many more.  This book can fall in the category of traveling and self help. The author tried his best to show us the world through his perspective. There were few moments where the book was being stretched but as there was something new after each chapter it was worth it. As soon as I started reading this book it was hard for me to keep it down , it was like I am travelling along with author and he is narrating me his presence.  Author have showed us how one can travel with no plans. And trust me such trips are the best one. What will u do...

Book Review # 11 :- Orenda

Image
Orenda  Author :- Shalaka Kulkarni Review Flash Fiction is a collection of short stories which is short with deep meaning consisting of nearly only 100 words. There are fifty two flash fiction stories in this book. All the stories are imaginary and has a really good flow with interesting plot. The title of each chapter / story is intriguing which will make u crave to read them further. The stories has really a big impact on a perspective of a person and make us question ourselves to a particular level. All the stories have a different character, every story is different from each other which for me was kind of a set back. Because It made me read for a longer time than usual. As each story is different from the previous one I can pick up any story any time and have a good read. But for very small time. The thing that I liked about this book is the way stories are narrated. It takes a really great patience and subtle mind to tell a story with such a deep meaning. The book is short ob...

Things Like That Won't Happen  To Me  Author:- Kharinak Kharran  Review :- This book is like a mirror that shows how this work operates and how should we behave as per the situation. I have came across so many motivational books so far but this book is some thing different. Author narrated few aspects of her life in this and how does "Never give up" attitude helped her to achieve her goals. Trauma, a negative feeling that hunt us right from our past and corrupt our present distroying our future. You won't find any thing that you didn't know . But you will surely find it amusing the way she have presented it. This book will help you get over your past trauma.  The author herself is a CPTSD survivor so she knows better about it and by her writings I recommend this book to you all. Book Review #7 :- Was She Mine

Image
Was She Mine Author :- Bajrang Sultania Review:- The story is about Ved Agarwal who is an C.A aspirant and currently in his finals. He falls in love with a girl Pihu. Pihu on the other hand keeps herself away from such stuffs and has a traumatic past behind it. The way the story unfolds itself is mesmerizing and the way it is narrated is priceless. The story looks subtle , there are no exaggeration of stressing the plot. Author tried to keep the story simple and the character development is also good. The thing that bothered me was when you read a love story , you should not only feel connected but should be oblivious about the plot. At some instances the story seems predictable which might result in loss of interest to some people. The cover of the book tells the story itself. The way two people are divided by a wall and they are craving for the warmth they deserve but don't want it resulting in heart felt emotional breakthrough. Ved is trying his best to win her heart but will Pi...
